At this time we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with the order, please contact us and we may be able to issue a refund.

We do issue refunds on a case by case basis if there is an issue with an order. Please contact us the details and we will review the issue and get back to you within 48 hours.

How long does it take to respond after I contact you?

We usually respond to all forms submitted on the contact page within 48 hours. At the most it could take up to 1 week depending on what information was submitted.
